Secondary market
If necessary, the customer may take advantage of the following possibilities to allow a third party to use the storage capacity as stipulated in the gas storage contract or a part thereof, along with the parameters provided for in the gas storage contract:
- Transfer the rights and obligations under the gas storage contract;
- Assign the rights and obligations under the gas storage contract;
- Transfer between gas stored accounts.
The transfer to a third party of rights and obligations under a storage contract is subject to consent of POZAGAS.
The transfer between gas stored accounts is associated with the joint reporting obligation.
