- Act No. 251/2012 Coll. on Energy and on the amendment of certain laws
- Act No. 250/2012 Coll. on Regulation in Network Industries
- Decree of Regulatory Office for Network Industries No. 24/2013 Coll. which stipulates electricity market rules and gas market rules
- Decree of Regulatory Office for Network Industries No. 278/2012 Coll. which stipulates quality standards for gas storage, gas transmission, gas distribution and gas supply
- Decree of Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic No. 271/2012 Coll. which stipulates details of the scope of the technical conditions of access and connection to the system and network and operating rules of the system and network
- Act No. 44/1988 Coll. on the protection and uses of mineral resources (the Mining Act) as amended
- Act No. 51/1988 Coll. on mining operations, explosives and state mining administration (the Mining Activities Act) as amended
- Act No. 569/2007 Coll. on geological activities (the Geological Act) as amended
