Secondary capacity booking platform
Secondary capacity booking platform has been established by POZAGAs a.s. as the operator of Láb 4 UNGSF in order to facilitate the secondary trading with storage capacity (Article 28 of the Rules of Operation).
The aim of establishing and maintaining the secondary capacity booking platform by POZAGAS is to facilitate contacts between gas market participants, i.e. a customer and potential storage capacity user. If you would like to post your offer of, or request for, storage to the secondary capacity booking platform, please forward the following data in structured form of the offer or the request to the e-mail address marketing@pozagas.sk:
- business name and contact details (responsible person, e-mail, telephone) of the gas market participant;
- storage capacity offered or sought indicating the working volume (million Sm3), injection flow rate (million Sm3/day), withdrawal flow rate (million Sm3/day);
- period to which the offer of, or request for, storage relates;
- suggested secondary trading procedure (transfer of rights and obligations, assignment of rights and obligations, sale of gas in storage).
The secondary capacity booking platform serves to communicate your offers of, and requests for, storage capacity on the secondary market.
The content of the posted offers of, and requests for, storage is the exclusive responsibility of the secondary capacity booking platform user. At any time the secondary capacity booking platform has the right to demand that the posted offer or request be removed. Offers of, and requests for, storage will remain posted on the secondary capacity booking platform for a period of 2 weeks, unless the secondary capacity booking platform user asks otherwise, maximum for a period of 4 weeks.
In order to facilitate the secondary market and its transparency, POZAGAS publishes the list of interested parties including:
* contact details of the current clients who agreed to be mentioned in this list of clients
* contact details of interested persons who agreed to be mentioned in this list of interested parties

POZAGAS reserves the right not to post or to remove an offer of, or request for, storage, especially if the offer or request is not consistent with the purpose for which the secondary capacity booking platform was established. POZAGAS further reserves the right to change the conditions of making use of the secondary capacity booking platform at any time.
The posting of an offer of, or request for, storage to the secondary capacity booking platform is not legally enforceable.
POZAGAS a.s. is not responsible for the accuracy and content of information posted by gas market participants to the secondary capacity booking platform. In this case POZAGAS a.s. only acts as a communication mediator and not a communication participant. The establishment and maintenance of the secondary capacity booking platform does not make it incumbent on POZAGAS a.s. to broker or to secure a secondary market trade with storage capacity.
