Tender Terms and Conditions as amendment on 20 December 2011
POZAGAS a.s., on the basis of several incentives (demands) from gas market participants in connection with realization of the first Offer of Storage Capacity as part of the tender MVP/4/2011, acceded, in an effort for continual improvement of storage products, to the amendment of tender documentation.
All amendments are marked up in yellow color and are aimed to increase the flexibility and value of products being offered.
The most important amendment consists of a new possibility of an applicant to determine the requested commencement of gas storage prior to 1 May 2012, and thereby to flexibly respond to market opportunities being opened. Such requirement will be implemented by the contracting of a value-added unbundled service in the form of the non-allocated injection flow rate on an interruptible basis.
